Built 1895 by Fred Savage. Original owner the Rev. Dr. William R. Huntington, NYC. 1986 owner Mrs. Edmund Troweridge. Historical note: built by Katherine Lorilard as an anonymous gift to Dr. Huntington. Dr. Huntington, rector of Grace Church in NY, hung in the house a portrait of Miss Lorilard which is still there (1986).
