Built in 1890 by Fred Savage design. Original owner Harold Randolph, Boston. 1986 owner Michael Dennis. 7 interiors, 2 exteriors - interesting antique furniture. No. 74 in 1986 Historic Properties Survey. Mr. Randolph was with the Boston Symphony and named the cottage "Fermata" which means pause, the length of which is at the discretion of the conductor.
