Charles W. Eliot (1834-1926) was Harvard president from 1869-1909. He was a founding member of the Northeast Harbor summer community. This print was a gift to donor from the late Joseph William Pepperell Frost of Eliot, Maine, noted antiquarian of rare prints, books, and manuscripts.
