Sections, floor plan, elevations Roc's Comments: Finley and Joanie Matheson had a sweet piece of land in Seal Harbor behind the wonderful Grosvenor Atterbury church. When Finley asked me to design a new home for them I unfortunately had more work than we could handle and did not want to agree to something we could not due and recommended some fellows in Blue Hill. When their project was complete I did have time to design a small garden cottage for Joanie. This was after those wonderful little "nap houses" scattered thru the hills built by large summer families that wanted a quiet respite from the summer frenzy. Joanie loved it.

Sections, floor plan, elevations Roc's Comments: Finley and Joanie Matheson had a sweet piece of land in Seal Harbor behind the wonderful Grosvenor Atterbury church. When Finley asked me to design a new home for them I unfortunately had more work than we could handle and did not want to agree to something we could not due and recommended some fellows in Blue Hill. When their project was complete I did have time to design a small garden cottage for Joanie. This was after those wonderful little "nap houses" scattered thru the hills built by large summer families that wanted a quiet respite from the summer frenzy. Joanie loved it. [show more]
